WonderPlay House Rules

To keep everyone safe, happy, and having fun, please follow these guidelines:

1. Each family gets two adults free. The 3rd adult and on will be charged $10 each.

2. All children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

3. No shoes or bare feet in the play areas. Socks are required for both kids and adults.

4. Food and drinks stay in the café—no eating in the play zones (art studio is okay). Please be mindful of friends with allergies.

5. We are a NUT FREE facility. Please wash hands before and after you enjoy your food to prevent cross contamination.

6. Be kind and share. We encourage gentle play and respectful behavior.

7. Sick kiddos need rest. Please visit us another day if your child is unwell.

8. Use equipment as intended. No roughhousing, climbing on furniture, or unsafe play.

9. Clean hands, happy hands. Please sanitize before entering play areas.

10. Treat the space with care. We love our toys and equipment—please help keep them tidy and in good shape.

11. Art studio rules apply during classes. Follow the instructor's guidance and be ready to get a little messy! 

12. Memberships must be cancelled before your next billing date. Refunds are only issued if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the monthly charge.
