Terms of Use for WonderPlay & Coffee

1. General Use of Our Space

• All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times unless otherwise stated (e.g., during drop-off classes).

• WonderPlay is designed for children ages 0–9. Please use age-appropriate play areas as directed.

• Shoes must be removed before entering play areas. Socks are required for children and adults.

• Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the play space (except baby bottles or allergy-specific snacks). You are welcome to enjoy snacks and drinks in our designated café area.

• We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave if their behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to others or our staff.

2. Booking & Cancellations

• All bookings (classes, parties, special events) are subject to availability and confirmed via email.

• Cancellations for classes or open play must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund or credit.

• Party bookings may have specific cancellation and rescheduling policies outlined in your agreement.

• No-shows may result in forfeited fees.

3. Health & Safety

• If your child or anyone in your group is sick, please stay home and visit us another time.

• We regularly clean and sanitize our space throughout the day, but we appreciate your help in keeping WonderPlay clean.

• WonderPlay is not responsible for any injuries that occur while using our play equipment. Play is at your own risk.

4. Photos & Media

• We may occasionally take photos or videos in our space for social media or marketing purposes.

• We will never post identifiable images of your child without your permission. You may opt out at any time by contacting us.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, artwork, text, and media used on our website and in our space are the property of WonderPlay & Coffee and may not be copied, used, or distributed without written permission.

6. Website & Online Use

• When using our website or booking system, you agree not to misuse the site, hack, spam, or otherwise disrupt services.

• We are not responsible for third-party tools, links, or services linked through our site (like payment processors).

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of our space or services after changes means you accept the new terms.
